In this case there is no entitlement to reimbursement of payments already made by the participant.
2.2.2. Protection of the Intellectual Property of Third Parties Any violation of the intellectual property of third parties is prohibited. This means each participant may only upload pictures and texts they have created themselves, unless they have the written consent of the author.
2.2.3. Provisions for offering products / services Every participant who registers a website on webseiten-portal.de for the listing undertakes to dispose of the website. The information on the website must be truthfully. In the event of improper or truthful offers, the operator of webseiten-portal.ch accepts no liability.
2.2.4. Illegal Products It is prohibited to offer illegal websites or websites with illegal content for listing on the webseiten-portal.de. Legal action will be taken against participants who violate this and will be excluded from the use of webseiten-portal.de. In this case there is no entitlement to reimbursement of payments already made by the participant.
In order for a participant to list their website, they have to pay a fee to webseiten-portal.de.

Every participant is guaranteed a certain form of advertising by creating their profile on webseiten-portal.de. Information that is permitted on the participant's profile: company logo, company website, company description, company name, address, telephone number, email address.
The operator of webseiten-portal.de stores all data of the participants when they register on the webseite platform webseiten-portal.ch on secure data servers. This data is used exclusively for the operator of webseiten-portal.de for administrative purposes. The data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties.
